1Password uses Sparkle to update and causes issue with Spotlight.

Description

I use Spotlight as my app launcher and, after most updates, Spotlight is unable to locate 1P. I usually end up adding "1P" to the comments which causes Spotlight to reindex 1P and make it available.

But, the next time an update is applied, the comments are lost.

Thus, it seems there are two bugs. First, when a "Sparklized" app is update, Spotlight is not triggered to reindex the application.

Second, when a update is applied the comments are lost.
